SHIPPING -  SOME ITEMS MAY NOT BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY IF THE ITEM IS A PRE-ORDER OR ITEM THAT HAS NOT ARRIVED AT OUR FACILITY YET.  IF THIS IS THE CASE THAT INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT'S PAGE. Please give us 2-7 business days for items to ship out.  Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.

QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY: ONCE AN ITEM IS HANDED OVER TO USPS/UPS IT BECOMES THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO SUCCESSFULLY HANDLE AND DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED, ETC. PACKAGES, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SHIPPING CARRIER WITH ANY DELIVERY QUESTIONS.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS: ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED WE CAN NOT CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON THAT ORDER. PLEASE BE AWARE TO FILL IN THE CORRECT INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT OTHERWISE WE WILL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND REFUND YOU.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES - DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE PROVIDE MULTIPLE PICTURES AS WELL AS SIZING CHARTS FOR OUR ITEMS WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AT THIS TIME.  IF YOUR ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED PLEASE EMAIL US AT THE EMAIL BELOW WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. WE WILL REQUIRE SOME TYPE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN. DUE TO THE COLOR OF SOME ITEMS IT IS HARD TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT THEM IN A PHOTO, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO COLORS OF ITEMS ON ARRIVAL.
